A. Cancellations / Changes in registered orders

Cancellations or changes in orders can be made in cases where the sale document has not been issued.

In case you bought a product and you do not like it and you want to change it with another one in our online store, we exchange all the products in unused condition and with their original packaging.

The product should be returned unused with all original packaging even with all authenticity labels and seals attached by the manufacturer.
